A new cocktail-centric bar and restaurant
With a menu curated by Chef Kyoo Eom, his kitchen team, and Wine & Beverage Manager Brian Zipin, Fitzgerald’s serves elevated bistro dishes with Japanese and Korean influences, like a Peking Duck Burger, Wagyu Short Ribs, and Korean Chicken Wings. The 12-seat bar serves both classic and inventive cocktails and features 10 rotating Japanese whiskies along with a wine list featuring some of the globe’s finest vineyards and cult favorites.
